    We’ll create detailed floor plans and layouts to make the most of your space. This will help us ensure that every inch is functional and beautifully arranged.

  • ✸ Material & Finish Selections

    We’ll help you choose and source all the materials and finishes, from fabrics and paint colors to flooring options, making sure everything fits your style and budget.

  • ✸ Furniture & Fixture Selection

    We’ll choose the perfect furniture and fixtures to complement your design, tailored to your taste and needs.

  • ✸ 3D Renderings

    You’ll receive realistic 3D renderings of the proposed design, so you can visualize how everything will come together before we start the actual work.

  • ✸ Procurement & Installation

    We’ll handle all the logistics, from ordering and tracking deliveries to coordinating with contractors and vendors, so everything arrives and is installed smoothly.

  • ✸ Styling & Accessories

    We’ll select and place the finishing touches like artwork, rugs, and lighting to complete the look and give your space that extra touch of personality.

  • ✸ Vendor Coordination + Design Guidance

  • Project Minimum: $7,500

  • Additional Revisions + Site Visits: Billed hourly at $160/hour

Our new construction design services support you from blueprint to move-in, helping you make confident decisions at every stage. We collaborate closely with your architect and builder to guide finishes, lighting, layout suggestions, and all the material selections that define the soul of your home. Once construction is complete, we carry your vision through to final furnishing and styling.

This service is ideal for clients building a new home who want design continuity, expert insight, and peace of mind throughout the process.

PHASED BREAKDOWN:

  • Moodboards, interior finish palette, layout collaboration, cabinetry and millwork guidance.

  • Builder communication, design reviews, fixture approvals, site visits

  • Furniture sourcing, window treatments, artwork, accessories, install day direction

INVESTMENT:

  • Design Fee: Quoted as a flat fee per phase based on project size and complexity

  • Overall Project Minimum: $15,000

  • Additional Site Visits + Revisions: Billed hourly at $160/hour
