01) Overall Studio + Layout Overview

Designed from an empty warehouse shell, Pierced of Art was envisioned as a space where artistry and precision meet. Urbane Haus approached the project as both a design and spatial composition—where every square foot serves purpose and emotion in equal measure. The palette of sage, white, black, deep brown, gold, and pink embodies the brand’s ethos: clinical trust meets creative expression.

The open-concept layout guides visitors through a curated sequence of experiences—each transition revealing a new layer of mood and intention. The Reception and Waiting areas introduce warmth and sophistication; the Retail space infuses playful color and visual energy; the Open Piercing Area channels a gallery-like ambiance while maintaining a sense of privacy; and the Private Piercing Room and Restroom extend the story through intimate, art-driven details.

Across the studio, repeating motifs, sculptural forms, and tactile finishes establish a rhythm of calm and vibrance. The result is a space that feels immersive yet grounded—where every guest not only experiences the art but becomes part of it.

07) RESTROOM

A bold departure from the rest of the studio, the restroom was designed to be its own moment—dark, moody, and unapologetically artistic. Wrapped entirely in Bobby Berk’s “Wiggle Room” wallpaper in black and white, the space transforms into a full-scale art installation. The matte black ceiling, trim, and vanity ground the graphic walls, while gold accents and crystal-glass lighting add refined contrast.

Every element plays with reflection and form: a sculptural white pendant echoes the floral motifs found throughout the studio, while frameless mirrors with playful decals—“You are the art.” and “Dang girl, you look good!”—invite guests to engage with the space. Designed to be both functional and photographic, the restroom embodies Urbane Haus’s signature balance of editorial design and emotional experience.
