New Construction Design is offered to clients who want Urbane Haus involved beyond early planning and into the execution of their home. This service supports the realization of a new build by carrying established design direction through collaboration, coordination, and oversight as the project takes shape.
Our role is to ensure that the decisions made early in the process are honored throughout construction, allowing the home to feel intentional, cohesive, and resolved rather than assembled.
Completion of Directional Design is required before beginning this service.

How It Works
PHASE 1 - DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We refine your plans, select every finish, create cabinetry and millwork designs, build lighting and plumbing schedules, and prepare your 3D renderings, elevations, and specification package.
PHASE 2 - CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT
As construction progresses, we remain engaged to review decisions, answer questions, and help maintain alignment as conditions evolve.
PHASE 3 - FURNISHING + STYLING
As the home nears completion, furnishings and interior layers are introduced to bring balance, warmth, and cohesion to the finished space.
Your Investment
Your project is billed in three phases that align with the flow of your new build:
PHASE 1 - DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
A flat design fee covers all work completed before construction begins, including plan review, space planning, finish selections, cabinetry design, 3D renderings, and your full specification package.
PHASE 2 - CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT + FURNISHING PROCUREMENT
A monthly construction support fee covers collaboration with your builder, site visits, and ongoing guidance. Furnishings are funded through a dedicated client account. Procurement is billed as a percentage of your furnishings budget.
PHASE 3 - INSTALLATION + TURNKEY STYLING
A flat installation fee covers furniture placement, styling, room setup, and turnkey preparation so your home is fully finished and move-in ready.
