How It Works
01 | INQUIRY
Everything begins when you submit an inquiry through our website. You’ll share a few details about your project so we can understand your timeline, location, and goals.
02 | DISCOVERY CALL
We’ll schedule a 10-15 min. call to learn more about your build, answer initial questions, and determine whether this service is the right fit for your project.
03 | CONSULTATION
This paid consultation is where we review your plans, discuss your vision, and outline the design support your home will need. (The consultation fee is applied to your design fee if you decide to move forward.)
04 | PROPOSAL + ONBOARDING
You’ll receive a tailored proposal detailing each phase of the project, along with a clear investment outline. Once approved, we’ll begin the Design Development phase.
06 | PHASE 1 - DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We refine your plans, select every finish, create cabinetry and millwork designs, build lighting and plumbing schedules, and prepare your 3D renderings, elevations, and specification package.
07 | PHASE 2 - CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT
We collaborate with your builder and architect, answer questions, review materials and site conditions, and conduct site visits during key stages to help ensure your design is implemented correctly.
08 | PHASE 3 - FURNISHING + STYLING
When construction is complete, we can transition into full-service furnishing and styling to bring the entire home together with intention and polish.
Your Investment
Your project is billed in clear phases that align with the flow of your new build:
PHASE 1 - DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
A flat design fee covers all work completed before construction begins, including plan review, space planning, finish selections, cabinetry design, 3D renderings, and your full specification package.
PHASE 2 - CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT + FURNISHING PROCUREMENT
A monthly construction support fee covers collaboration with your builder, site visits, and ongoing guidance. Furnishings are funded through a dedicated client account. Procurement is billed as a percentage of your furnishings budget.
PHASE 3 - INSTALLATION + TURNKEY STYLING
A flat installation fee covers furniture placement, styling, room setup, and turnkey preparation so your home is fully finished and move-in ready.
OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
Outdoor Space Planning, custom furniture design, art curation, and additional renderings.
