Payment & Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of booking for all consultation services and add-ons. This ensures your appointment is reserved and allows me to prepare thoughtfully for our session.

Add-ons selected after your initial booking will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full before delivery.

RESCHEDULING

You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before your appointment at no additional cost.

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee or treated as a cancellation, depending on the circumstances and schedule availability.

CANCELLATIONS + REFUNDS

  • 48+ hours before your appointment:
    Full refund is provided.

  • 24–48 hours before your appointment:
    50% refund is provided.

  • Less than 24 hours before your appointment:
    No refund is available, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you.

No-shows or missed appointments are considered non-refundable.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients’ appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled and will incur a rescheduling fee equal to 50% the price of your current session.

FOR COMMERCIAL CLIENTS

Commercial consultation appointments follow the same payment and cancellation terms. Full payment is required at booking, and refunds follow the policy above.
